Adventure/Travel Photography - Motivation for Fat Loss

Love adventure? Love taking photos of places that are hard to get to? Though you feel like your fat is slowing you down? In modern society it’s very easy to let stress and fast food defeat us. Your weight starts to gradually climb and some of your pants no longer fit… and they sit there in your closet…. waiting for you to go back to your leaner physique. It’s depressing - I know. I use to be way leaner, though I currently have to deal with the lingering side effects of the desk job. Stubborn belly fat. It’s not fun. It’s kind of funny for awhile, then it starts getting in the way… literally. It’s a pain to put on socks and shoes at times with an annoying gut that sticks out way to far. I think I started gaining a ridiculous amount of fat in the last 2 years or so. To be honest it felt very sudden, and I kept thinking that it will go away fast. Though now, I realize that I need to move faster to get rid of this excessive fat I am carrying, because it’s literally slowing me down in my adventures. If I am still to fat in the future, I think that will drastically decrease the chances of me getting my fulfilling adventure/travel photos and videos that I want so much - so, so much!!! Therefore I will use my love of adventure/travel photography as a serious motivation to loose fat [especially in my gut, because it’s really hard to hide it now in front of a bunch of skinny people from Asia who fat shame to no end, that’s a topic for another time.]

Well I hope this made you laugh while reading this. I also hope this blog post gave you a different perspective on fat loss. Best wishes on your quest for better physique. I personally call my fitness program, that I am trying to work on, “Puff to Buff.”

Me on a hike around the time I declared to the universe about my Puff to Buff journey.
